The Study of Cytoimmune Function About the Therapy of Peritoneal Administration with Immunobiotic Agents to Gastric Cancer

Objective:To measure the change of blood Tlymphocyte subsets of 35 patients who suffered progressive gastric carcinoma before and after operation. Methods:The techniques of monodone antibody and flow cytometry were used. Results:The result indicated that patients CD3 and CD4 cells and the value of CD4/CD8 were lower of ter operation.While in study group of immunobiotic agentswere higher than that of preoperation and control group. Conclusion:It was suggested that peritoneal administration with immunobiotic agents advantage the cytoimmune function of patient with gastric carcinoma.
