Effect of Laminin expression，DNA content and nuclear area to prognosis of lung carcinomas

An analysis of LN expression, DNA content and nuclear area was carried out with immunohistochemical method，FCM and Image analysis in the 38 specimens of resected lung carcinomas in order to clarity the relationship between these factors and prognosis of the patients.Lifereg procedure showed that DI and nuclear area were relationship with survival period，but there was no significant correlation between LN expression and survival period.
