  • Objective To observe the change of serum collagen type Ⅳ(ColⅣ)and lominin(LN)levels in patients with colon-rectal carcinoma and to study it's significance. Methods 51 cases with colon-rectal carcinoma were selected as Treating Group(among which 41 cases received radical operation).32 cases with non-tumor operation were taken as Control Group.ColⅣ and LN levels were determined with radioimmunoassay.
