The Images Characteristic of CT and Stage of Gallbladder Carcinoma (Analysis of 15 Cases)

  • This article analysed the images characteristic of CT and stage in 15 cases with CT diagnosed and histologically proved gallbladder carcinoma. Authors suggest that intraluminal mass are part of early manifestations of gallbladder carcinoma and better prognosis. Thickened wall and mass belong to middle-advanced stage manifestations. Thickened wall mainly are infiltrated organizations of local or nearly,but mass mainly are hematogenous spread and lymphatic spread to liver and hepaticportal. Intrahepatic duct expansion are common image of CT scan of gallbladdercarcinoma (8/15), The authors also discussed differential diagnosis and early diagnosis and prognosis.
