  • Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of E-Cadherin(E-Cad) in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods By using SP immunohistochemical method with anti-E-Cad monoclonal antibody, we detected the expression of E-Cad protein in 65 cases NSCLC and studied its correlation with histological types, local lymph node metastases, the size of tumor mass, pathological grades and TNM stages. Results Expresion of E-Cad was clearly evident on the cell membrane of 15 normal lung tissues....
