The Biodistribution of Anti-gastric Carcinoma Monoclonal Antibody in Nude Mice Bearing with Transplanted Human Gastric Carcinoma Under Subrenal Capsules

  • The biodistribution of two 125I-labelled anti-gastric carcinoma monoclonal antibodies (125I-MGb2 and MG7) in nude mice bearing with two transplanted human gastric carcinoma (SGC-7901 and GA Ⅱ) under subreal capsules has been studied.Nude mice inculated with GA Ⅱ In rlght lateral Subreal Copsules 10 days earlier were transplanted the SGC-7901 in left lateral subreal capsules. 5 days later, the nude mice were treated i. p. with single 125I-Mgb240uci/7.4ug MGb2/mouse. 96 hr after the administration, the radioactively, while the mice treated i. p. with 40uci/7.4ugMG7/mouse, thay were 0.31和1.53, respectively.
