Abstract
Objective To study the significance of the expressing of integrin-β1 (CD29), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1, CD106) in sinusoid2 lemons of the hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) . Methods In 90 cases of HCC, the expression of VCAM-1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry techniques SP, and that of integrin-β1 and PCNA proteins were detected by DouSP. The relativity of three facors were analysed with Multifactoral covariance method. Results In HCC, integrin-β1 and VCAM-1 were expressed in sinusoid- lemons primarily, proliferating cell nuclear expressed PCNA. The expression of integrin-β1 was stronger in the pericarcinoma than in HCC. The positive rate of VCAM-1 expressed in HCC was as high as 76. 67 %, and was positively related to pathological grading. Multifactoral covariance analysis results shows the expression of integrin-β1 were all positively related to that of VCAM-1 in different grading groups, and they were significantly associated with PCNA of HCC in low-grading group, but the latter's relativity descreased in high-grading group. DouSP results : the co-expression of CD29 and PCNA was significantly much higher in HCC than in pericarcinoma tissues. Conclusion Integrin-β1, VCAM-1 are stronger factors on the occurrence, development, proliferation and differerented of HCC. The expression of VCAM-1 is helpful to evaluating diagnosis and proliferation of HCC.
