  • Objective To evaluate the role of diffusion tensor imaging in differentiating of intracranial tumors primarily. Methods Eight patients with high-grade cerebral gliomas and six patients with metastatic tumors underwent conventional MRI and diffusion tensor MR imaging before therapy.
