  • Hydroxycamptothecine is an effective antieoplastic compound. From Jan 1992 to Dec 1997, by droxycamptothecine hacf been used for intra bladder instillation to prevent bladder tumors in 68 cases.The results of long term follow-up suggested that the effectivneas of hydroxycamptothecine intra bladder instillation was better than other agents (BCG.Mitomycin C and thiotepa) in the prevention recurrence of bladder tumor.The side effect was slight and subsided quickly.
