Study on the Micronucleus, Sister Chromatid Exchange (SCE) and Chtromosomal Aberration in lymphocytes of Patients with Lung Cancer

In this paper, we analyze the changes of the frequencies of micronucleus, SCE and chromosomal aberration of 14 patients with lung cancer and 14normal persons.We found that the frequencies of micronucleus, SCE and chromosomal aberration in the patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in the normal persons (P＜0.01, P＜0.01, P＜0.05 ). We believe that chromosomal instability is the base of occurrence of lung cancer.
