nine cases of maxillary cyst with bone destruction were reported in this paper.of these,we reviewed all the misdiagnostic plain films and CT films,we suggest that CT diagnosis is very valuable for us to distinguish the differences between the cyst and malignant disease of the maxillarysinus.
