  • Forty patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with low does CF(LDCF) andFM or FAM Chemotherapy regimens, the does Of CF is 20mg/m2/d for 5 days, other chemotherapeuticdrugs are usual doeses and usage. Each patient was treated two or over two courses. The results showedthat the therapeutic effective rate was 30%(12/40), 8 cases survived more than 12 months; amongthem, 1 survived more than 34 months and another survived more than 46 months. It suggested thatLDCF plus FM or FAM has a clinic significance for treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma andmay be try to prevent extraheptic metastasis.
