Objective To investigate the application of carbon nano label in delta anastomosis of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early distal gastric cancer.
Methods We selected 40 patients with distal gastric cancer who underwent gastroscopy and abdominal enhanced CT before surgery. They were randomly divided into carbon-labeled group (n=20) and control group (n=20). All patients underwent delta anastomosis of total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with was coverted to Laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy the patients with unclear tumor location. The number of abdominal delta anastomosis cases and laparoscopy-assisted cases in two groups were statistically analyzed, and the conversion rates of two groups were statistically analyzed.
Results Carbon nano label had good labeling effect in delta anastomosis of total laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer, and the conversion rate of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy was significantly lower in carbon-labeled group than that in the control group (p < 0.05).
Conclusion Carbon nano label has important clinical significance for delta anastomosis in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer.
