基质金属蛋白酶与卵巢癌发生、发展关系的研究进展

Progress of Relationship between Matrix Metalloproteinases and Occurrence and Development of Ovarian Cancer

  • 摘要: 卵巢癌是死亡率最高的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,研究发现基质金属蛋白酶在卵巢癌中大量表达,其与卵巢癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移密切相关。同时研究发现,基质金属蛋白酶与基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物两者间平衡的破坏可能与肿瘤的恶性表型相关,因此本文探讨基质金属蛋白酶在卵巢癌中的作用机制,将有助于研制有效的抗肿瘤药物,提高卵巢癌患者的生存率。

     

    Abstract: Ovarian cancer is the genital malignancy with the highest mortality. Many researches have suggested that matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) have a large number of expression in ovarian cancer tissues. MMPs are related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer, meanwhile, some studies have discovered that the unbalance of MMPs and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases(TIMPs) are associated with malignant phenotype of tumors. Hence, exploring the mechanism of MMPs in ovarian cancer will help develop effective anti-tumor drugs, consequently, improve the survival rate of patients with ovarian cancer.
