蛋白质组学在恶性胸腔积液研究中的应用现状及进展

Application and Progress of Proteomic Technology on Malignant Pleural Effusion

  • 摘要: 蛋白质组学的研究对象是生命活动的执行者——蛋白质,而恶性胸腔积液中富含蛋白质,尤其是组织特异性、肿瘤相关性的蛋白,所以通过蛋白质组学研究恶性胸腔积液对于认识其蛋白谱、找出疾病相关的生物标志物、发现病因有重要意义。本文主要从组成蛋白质组学及比较蛋白质组学两方面,对近年来蛋白质组学在恶性胸腔积液中的研究进行综述。

     

    Abstract: The object of proteomics is the performer of our lives—protein, while the malignant pleural effusion contain abundant protein, especially tissue-specific protein and disease-related protein. Proteomic investigation on malignant pleural effusion is of great significance in recognizing its protein profile, exploring new disease-related biomarkers and finding pathogenesis. In this review we will summarize recent advance in proteomic investigation of pleural effusion on two aspects, knowledge-based proteomics and comparative proteomics.
