小牛脾提取物注射液联合多西他赛加卡培他滨方案治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Calf Spleen Extractive Injection Combined with Docetaxel plus Capecitabine Chemotherapy in Treatment for Advanced Breast Cancer Patients

  • 摘要: 目的 观察小牛脾提取物注射液联合多西他赛加卡培他滨方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效、不良反应及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 将经病理确诊的晚期乳腺癌106例随机分为两组,每组53 例,治疗组采用多西他赛联合卡培他滨方案化疗的基础上加用小牛脾提取物注射液静脉滴注。对照组采用多西他赛联合卡培他滨方案化疗。完成2周期以上评估疗效。结果 治疗组治疗后的临床获益率、外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞百分率均较治疗前及对照组升高(P<0.05;P<0.01)。对照组患者化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK 细胞百分率均显著性低于化疗前(P<0.05)。结论 小牛脾提取物注射液可降低化疗药物的毒性、减轻化疗后骨髓抑制、提高机体的免疫功能和改善生活质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the curative effect of calf spleen extractive injection combined with docetaxel plus capecitabine chemotherapy on advanced breast cancer patients, adverse reaction and its influence on the immune function. Methods In the trial,106 patients pathologically diagnosed with advanced breast cancer were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The treatment group received docetaxel combined with capecitabine chemotherapy plus compound calf spleen extractive injection; the control group received docetaxel combined with capecitabine chemotherapy alone. Each patient received at least 2 cycles of treatment. Results In the treatment group, the decrease of clinical benefit rate, peripheral white blood cell, haemoglobin and platelet were less than that in the control group. The blood levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK cell activity in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0. 05; P<0.01). While in the control group,the blood levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK cell activity after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The calf spleen extractive injection could attenuate the toxicity of chemical drugs, reduce the myelosuppression, and improve the immunity and QOL of advanced breast cancer patients.
