Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common tumor in women. The mortality rate is increasing and morbidity has a trend of younger. In recent years, researches on breast cancer have made some progress,and fi nd that tumor microenvironment has played a certain role in process of invasion and metastasis. Homeostasis of microenvironment is the fi rst barrier needed to overcome in tumor invasion process. Breast tumor cells secrete some cytokines into microenvironment and which interact with components of microenvironment in order to produce a series of reaction which is conducive to their survival and growth. This article aim is to review the progress on breast tumor microenvironment.
