摘要

摘要: 目的观察帕米膦酸二钠（博宁）配合局部热疗治疗老年转移性骨痛的疗效。方法将42例老年患者随机分成单药组（博宁）20例和联合组（博宁＋热疗）22例；单药组：博宁60mg加入生理盐水500m1静滴4小时以上，每4周重复；联合组：在用博宁的同时，每周加用两次疼痛部位的局部热疗，设置加热温度43℃，保持恒温60分钟，治疗两个周期后评价；观察两组的止痛效果。结果联合组的止痛的显效率和完全缓解率分别为91％和55％，明显高于单药组的（75％和45％）。结论博宁配合局部热疗治疗转移性骨痛具有协同作用。

Abstract: Objective 　Chamomi Pamidronate (Bonin) with local hyperthermia t reatment of metastatic bone pain in the elderly effect . Methods 　42 elderly patient s were randomly divided into single2agent group (Bonin) 20 cases and the Joint Group (Bonin + hyperthermia) 22 ; single drug groups : 60 mg Bonin 500 ml saline infusion over four hours, repeated every 4 weeks ; Joint group : Bonin used in the same time, twice a week plus pain part s of the local hyperthermia, installed the heating temperature of 43 ℃, main2 tain constant temperature of 60 minutes, t reatment evaluation af ter two cycles ; Observation of the two groups, respectively. Results 　Group painkiller significant efficiency and complete remission rates were 91 % and 55 %. significantly higher than that of single2drug group (75 % and 45 %) . Conclusion 　Bonin with local hyperthermia t reatment of metastatic bone pain with synergies.
