Application of arterial infusion chemotherapy in treating advanced and moderately advanced cancer of urinary bladder

From Jan 1996 to Jun 1998, 12 patients with advanced or moderately advanced cancer of urinary bladder were treated by arterial infusion chemotherapy. Results: 1 case with T4 disease change into T2 disease 7 cases with bladder cancer were heated by operative and arterial infusion chemotherapy. All 12 patients have been followed up for 2 years. The majorty of patients didn't relapse systemically.11 patients have survived one patient was died. Side effects were mild.Arteral infusion chemotherapy is of use in patients with advanced or moderately advanced bladdr cancer.
