Clinical Analysis of metastasis of 105 cases Left Colon Cancer

This article analyzed and discussed retrospectively the metastatic feature of teft colon cancer of 105 cases,accortding to pathologic type, metastatic routes and the organ of cancerometastasis.(Result as follow: metastasis of direct、lymphatic routes and blood routes is significantly associated with the histologic type of cancer.Adnocarcinoma of high differetiation is mainly metastasis of blood route. Adnocaramna of low differetiation and mucous is mainly metastusis of direct and lymphatic route.
