  • Purpuse: To evaluate the value of localhation of insulinoma by intra-arterial computed tomography (CT). Methods :A patient with insulinoma by operative pathology was preoperatively localized by angiographic CT. Results: Insulinoma manifest as a sighcant high dense nodule. Conclusion : Angiographic or could demonstrate insulinoma,and may be one of best preoperative localization method
