Clinicopathologic analysis of 161 cases or the lung cancer

Clinicopathologic character of 161 cases of the lung carcinoma was analysed. In histologic classes,the superior type was squamous cell carcinoma, then adenocarcinoma as well as adenocathoma.The histologic classes were closely related to 5years survival (P0. 05) and the survival rates of the patients with squamoua cell carcinoma were than those of other groups in any year rank analysed. The survival duration after operation was all short of 3 years in bronchiolo-alveolar carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma.
