Abstract
Abstract From 1993, 10 to 1994, 2. 42 cases of primary cervical carcinoma were assayed for the presence or absence of cytoplasmic estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR)receptors by E2-HRP and Pg-HRP histochemicalmethods. The results of this study showed that a total of 57. 1% with ER positive and 64. 3% with PR positive were found. The positive rate of ER and PR were compared with histologic grade, clinical stage and menstrual status. ER and PR positive rate was higher in cervical carcinoma with diffusely pattern than that in non-diffusely pattern, but it is not differents in statistics, So do clinical stage and pre or post menopausal. This messure has a good advantage in clinical assay and was easy to watch the distribution of the positive cells and the ralation with the histologic type.
