CLINICAL X一RAY DIAGNOSTIC ANALYS!S OF 56 CASES OF PRIMARY PULMONARY ADENOCARCINOMA

Fifty一six cases of primarypulmonary adenocarcinoma which proved by pathology were analysed in this report, Emphasizes were discussed about the misdiagnosis of atypical cases and the various presences of the x-ray imaging of the adenocarcinoma of the lung,the typical pulmonary adenocarcinoma imaging and thepossibility of the examination of the lung imaging findings were also discribed·The author suggest, as there were some localization in the x-ray imaging findings so we cound not only use them to examined the histological type for the lung tumors.We also discussed how to raised the recognitions for the atypical cases and the differential diagnostic problems,
