CLINICAL APLLlCATION OF RETROPERITONEAL LYMPHOGRNAPIIY VIA PEDAL DORSA TO PATIENTS WITH TESTICULAR TUMORS

From June 1979 to Dec.1984,weused.retroperitoneal lymphography via pedal dorsa in 40 patients with to sticular tunnor The pteints! ages wexe 15 to 52, Tumors occured on the left side in 19 cases, right side in 21 cases and both sides ini case, all patients recieved a radical resection on the' testicle, The patho histology showed that 26 patients had semirima,。had embryon;a,-2 had teratoma, 2 had mixed tumor, and 1 was mucofibrous sarcoma of 40 patients, 25 had positive signs of xetroperitoneal lympgrapby, 8 pationts weth tumors other than seminoma 'were identifiedltyretroperineal lymph nodes dear excision_7ofthem,wereconsistentwithfih;elymphography.1'he other one showed false negative,In lymphoQraphy the findings of. the metastatic retroperitoneal lymph nodes included:marginal fillipgdefeets(13cxses);lymphvesselsdeviation(3cases)blockage of lymph flow(6 cases)，and lack of fa
