Retrospection on Diagnosis and Treatment of Mammary Carcinoma

It was studied on retrospection of 234 cases of Mammary Carcinoma from 1982 to 1987. The result showed that 10 years deposit rate of phase I (4 cases)，phase II(132 cases), phase III (86 cases)and phase IV(12 cases) separately is 100%，48.5%,26.7% and 0% . A ccording to pathologic classification 10 years deposit rate of non-invasive Carcinoma (21 cases), invasive non-special type Carcinoma(186 cases), invasive special type Carcinoma (25 cases) separately is 66.7%, 43.0%，52.1%.Each group of pathologic types has significant difference(P<0.01)，and invasive non-special type had baclgrog no sis .According to therape-utic measures only operation was 38 cases, operation plus after-chemical treatment or radial treatment 108 cases and pre-chemical treatment plus operation plus afterchemical and radial treatment 88 cases. 10 years deposit rate of the pre-chemical treatment plus operation plus after-chemical and radial treatment group hacl out-standing difference comparing to ther 2 groups (P<0.05).It indicates only correct integrative treatment can improve survival rates.
