Pathological and Immunohistochemistrical Study in 57 Cases of Uterine Cervix Adenocarcinoma

  • 57 cases of cndocxrvical adcnocarcinomawas studied in order to make main points for the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease. By retrospective study, the histopathological charaoteristichs of 57 cases of endocervical adenocarcinomawre summaxized and the immunohistochemistry and special stainings were made in some cases. Among them, 33 cases were followed up for a long period and were studied on the clinical stage. Result:We can the relation between the prognosis and the histopathological type and distingush the endoccrvical actenocarcinoma and hyperplasia by means of comprehensive analysis with multiple criteria.PAS staining and vimentin immunohistochemistry labelling are significant in differential diagnosis between the actenocarcinoma in the endoccrvix and endomctria. Conclusion:The prognosis of cndocxrvical adcnocarcinoma was related to its type and clinical stage.
