  • Objectives:To investigate the ralationship between suppressorgene P16,P53expression and epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods :Immunohistochemistrial staining was used to examine the P16 protein and P53 protein in 27 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results; The positive staining rate of P53 protein and P16 protein were 44.44%and 18.52%respect ively.The expression of P16 protein and P53 protein were no significantly associated with pathological types. The positive staining rate of P16 protein in late stage was significantly decreasd(P<0.05). Conclusion s:The change of P53 and P16 expression play important role in epithelial ovarian cancer.
