Expression of P⁵³、P¹⁶ Gene in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objectives:To investigate the ralationship between suppressorgene P¹⁶,P⁵³expression and epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods :Immunohistochemistrial staining was used to examine the P¹⁶ protein and P⁵³ protein in 27 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results; The positive staining rate of P⁵³ protein and P¹⁶ protein were 44.44%and 18.52%respect ively.The expression of P¹⁶ protein and P⁵³ protein were no significantly associated with pathological types. The positive staining rate of P¹⁶ protein in late stage was significantly decreasd(P<0.05). Conclusion s:The change of P⁵³ and P¹⁶ expression play important role in epithelial ovarian cancer.
