P53 and nm23 Significance Expression in Human and Its Clinical Gastric Cancer

  • By using LSAB immunohistoehemical methods, the correlation of the expression of P53 and nm23 with the biologic behavior, lymph node metastasis and prognosis in gastric carcinoma was studied. The positive expressions for P53 and nm23 were foul 61%,60%respectively. A significant Correlation was found between P53 overexpression and the lymph node metastasis and prognosis(P<0.01),A significant correlation was found between nm23 Low-expression and the depth of cancer invasion and the lymph node metastasis and prognosis(P<0.01).The P53 overexpression and nm23 Low-expression to the lym ph nodal metastasis and prognosis might play joint action. It is suggested that detection of P53 protein and nm23 gene expression can be probably used to be afar for in the evaluation of the tendency of lymphtic metastasis and prognosis in the gastric Cancer.
