FLOW CYTOMETRY OF CEIIUIAR DNA CGNNENT OF LUNG CANCER

The cellular DNA index(DI) of 35 cases of lung cancer were analysed by flow cytometry. The relationship between DI and histological features,clinical staging and prognosis were studied. The results shown that 85.7%of hatiemts had aneuploid with histologcal grading of lung cancer. DIoanrn of grade I differentiated tumour(DI1.13+0.35)copared with II(DI1.54+0.44)and III grades(DI1.86+0.57)had significant differences (p<0.01,p<0.005).Though DI is also increased. Nine of 35 cases were followed up in 3 year, 7cases were diploid/near diploid tumours, 2 cases were aneuploid tumou-sr.
