Therapeutic effect of intratumoral injection by the combination of BLMA5 and SeO2 in C57BL/6 mice bearing melanoma B16 Experimental result: The inhibitory rate of the tumor, using BLMA5 and SeO2 alone are 79.24%, 74.00%, respectively. Water solution of BLMA5+SeO2 is 94.04% (P0.05), emulsion of BLMA5+SeO2 is 97. 83% (P0.01), and also cure cases were appeared. So we conclude that SeO2 can enhance the anticancer effect of BLMA5.
