RADIOTHERAPY OF BREAST CANCER WITH LOCAL AND/OR LYMPHATIC RECURRENCE AFTER MASTECTOMY

Forty-one breast cancer patients with local and/or regional lymphatic recurrence after mastetcomy are reported. Of thecse, patients recurred in multiple. foci and 30 in single focus, total recurrence loci were 7 Good results can be achieved by irradiation with the tumor doses ranged from 35-70GY The rate oflocal Control was 76%, 1, 3 and S-Year Survivol rates Were 82.9%, 24.2% and 108.1% respectively. The results indicated that sadiotherapy perfermed aggressively if the condition of Patient was tolerant.
