GASTRIC CARCINOMA IN YOUNG ADULT: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 100 CASES

The article reports 100 cases of young adult patients mith gastric cancer. it represents only 2.09% of allconfirmed cases in the same period of time. Gastric cancer in young adult has multiple complication, higher metastasis rate ana lower cure rate. High incident rate may accurred in female patients≤25 and may concomitant prognaney or amenia. The major histopathologic feature of this group is adenocareinoma, the frequent ineident are antrum and small curve of the stamach. There is no obvious viriable between young and old patients in X-ray findings. The. main misdiagnosis cause is vigilance deicer for young adult gastric cancer.
