  • Foutcenr lung cancer patientis with mttltiplebrain metastasis were treated by high dose Bcnu (15mg/kg-45mg/kg). Combined with high dose mennitol (20%, 10ml/kg). The renult showed, 3eases obtained complete remission (CR), 5cases partial remission (PR), the current remission ratio (RR) was 57% (8/14), the medium suryiyal time was 8 months.
