DETER INATION OF POLYAMIN IN THE丁ISSUE OF PATIENTS WITH CANCER OF THE GASTRIC CARDIA

This study deals with the variation in the amount of polyamines in the tissue.of caneer of the gastric cardia, Results showed that putrescine, spermidine. mine and total polyamine in the tissue of cattceration (TOC) were all higher than those found in the tissue near the caaceration(TNC)and in' that far from it (TF C).Irrespective of TOC or TNC, the rise pattern was invariably spermine >putrescine>spermidine, Therefore,it has been proved that after the tissue cells have been cancerized, the senthetic metabolism of polyamines rises, leading to the elevation of the amount of polyamines in the cancerogettic tissue.
