The X-ray for Early Diagnosis of Primary Peripheral Pulmonary Neoplasm with 101 Cases' Report

  • This paper represents a summary of 101 cases of early peripheral lung cancer (≤2cm ) diag-nosed by X一ray or X一ray plus CT examination (15 cases). Pathological types including squamouscell carcinoma (15 cases). adenocarcinoma (46 cases). small cell carcinoma(7 cases) are involved in the cases, with nodule of 91 cases, infiltration of 10(23 cases) and otherscases. The sign of X-ray is characteristic in series by peripheral spiculate, lobular, vacuole, thread-like and concavedpleura respectively. Among the 96 cases of undeintrathoracic lymph nodule, 2 cases with distantoperation,33 cases exhibited metastasis inmetastasts.
