The Research of Relation between Lung Cancer and Allergic Reaction Type I

In this article, we have detected the content of IgE, histamine and CAMP in the sera of 32casesof lung cancer. In the meantime, we have also detected the level of cegranulation of the patientsmast cells. The result shows that the content of IgE and histamine obviously increased, while thecontent of CAMP decreased clearly. The percentage of degranulaion of mast cell increasea clearly.
