Child primary Bronchi Rhabdomyosarcoma with Mediastinum Spreading——An autopsy case report

One rare autopsy case of child primary bronchi rhabdomyosarcoma was reported. The tumor characteristic was that it developed from primary bronchi wallto intraduct, like hydatid and polyp, and spread to mediastinum simultaneously; the tumor structure consisted of three types which belonged to mixed type. According to the reference, the rhabdomyosarcomatous diagnosis，histotype and histogenensis and death reason were discussed.
