Abstract
It was reported that the 5-year cure rate for early gastric cancer treated with surgery was 80-90%. This group of cases of early gastric cancer were performed mode-Ⅱ radical operation combined with the subtotal excision of curvature veutriculi and preventive chemotherapy. The results demonstrated that the 3-5year curative ratio was raised to 100%, and a good effect was obtained. It was emphasized that the excision of minute carcinoma emboli and foci and predilection site of carcinoma, combined with the postoperative preventive chemotherapy, was the major factors to increase the cure rate of this group of cases.
