Abstract
The experiment used mouse trasplantable spontaneous breast Carcinoma stain and its first generation hybrided from inbred 615 and inbred Tianjin white No2 (TA2). the ten regiments were tested: Control group, DDP, CBP, ADM, CTX, each alone, CTX+CBP, CTh+DDP, CTX+ADM, CTX+ADM+CBP, and CTX+ADM+CBP. The treatment Sequences were consistent with comical treatment regiments.In vivo results showed (1) Single agents had the similar activity (inhibitory rate 37-41.0%),but CBP was lower (inhibitory rate 9% ). (2) The combinations of two agent could increase anticancer activity (inhibitory rate 54.0-65% ). (3)CAP and CAC regiments showed the highest activity (inhibitory rate, 79% and 76.0% ). Be cause the antitumor activity of CAP and CAC regiments has not difference, We Consider that CAC regiment Can take the place of CAP regiment. The experiment provids scientific basis for clinical randomizing trial.
