The Forward Curative Effect of Transplanting and Original Anus Reconstructing after the Resection of the Carcinoma of the Rectum

The forward curative effect of 18 cases of the carcinoma of the rectum from 1982 to 1985 adopting resection of perinum and rectum through abdomen,meanuhile performing oneside transplanting,sphicter shaping and original anus reconstructing was reported.The survial rate of five and ten years after operation was 72.2% and 50% respectively.This rate is related to Duke;s grade and metastasis of lymph node.The functional excellence rate of reconstnured anus one and five years after operation was 73.3% and 92.3% separately.The functional recovery of anus is related to operational technigue,recovring time after performing and regularity of patiendiet functional training.
