Clinical Analysis of 57 Cases of Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

  • Fifty-seven cases of small cell lung carcinoma(sclc) wer collected.Among them,44 cases were studied with pathology,13 cases were studied with cytology.Major symptom wer cougy,chest pain,blood spit,sound bourse and metastasis of lymph node.All patients were followed up,the most long continues nine years.Treatment branches into surgical treated,chemotherpy and simple chemotherpy and radiotherapy and simple chemotherpy.The total response rate was 50.87% and the 1-year survival rates of patients were 26.3%,the 2-year survival rates were 7%.There was statistically signicant difference between results of the synthetis and simple-treated groups(P<0.001).Multifarious feature of small cell lung carcinoma were analyzed.
