Combination chemotherapy of advanced gastric carcinoma using eap scheme

66 Patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with the three-drug combination of Etopside(E),Adriamycin(A),Cisplation(P) during 1989～1992.CR was achieved in 4 of 66 patients(6.1%),PR 34(51.5%),S 18(27.2%) and P 10(15.1%),the total objeitive response is 57.6%.The result showed that EAP regimen could improve the curative effect of gastric carcinoma and were superior to the commonly used MFC,FAM scheme,so it is worth recommendation of clinical use.
