Primary mediastinal seminoma(report of three cases and review of literature)

Primary mediastinal seminoma is rare.Three cases proved by histopathology were reported in this article.Of the three cases,two received surgical operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy,one received chemotherapy alone.After follow-up median 3.7 years(2,4,5 years respectively),one died,two are still alive.The histogeneses,clinical features,diagnoses,treatment principle and prognostic factors of this tumor are discussed briefly with review of literature.
