Value of nasopharyngograplly in diagnosis and differentiation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which was negative or suspicious nasopharngeal neoplasm by indirect nasopharyngoscopy,was detected by nasopharyngogaphy with barium acacia musilage.After nasopharyngogaphy,all of them was confirmed by nasopharyngeal biopsy.Nasopharyngogaphic appearances(four kinds) of early stage of primary lesion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were induced.In other group,nasopharyngeal carcinoma differentation from other dieases(148 cases) of nasopharyx was discussed.
