Abstract ASA I-Ⅱ patinets who underwent radical Mastectomy of breast cancer were randomlydivided into three groups. Bi-blindly, upper epidural administration of Morphine 2 Mg plus droperidol 2. 5mg (group A,n=30) Morphine 2Mg (group B, n=3),0. 9% N. S (group C, contrast,n=30) were used in postoperative pain relief, separtely. To assess the effect and druation and toobserve the complication of analgesia; Patients were inquired constantly after injection.MAP* P,PH, Pco2,PO2 were measured before and after 18 hours in operation.The results showed the rateof effective. Analgesia was achieved in 88. 3% of the patients in group A and B,The duration ofanalgesia in patients of group A and B were significantly longer than those of group C (P0.05),complete analgesia can be obtained for average 28.96 hours with no interference with autonomic ormotor function, The Value of Blood gas were similar in three group of patients. The complicationof group A was less than those of others, So that, authors suggested that the patients who will bein careful observation; Upper epidural administration of Morphine-droperidol was an excellentanalgesia method.
