  • A xenograft model of human gastric carcinoma has been established by inoculating human gastric carcinoma BGC-823 cells to abdominal cavity and Subcutaneous tissues of new born Syrian Hamster. Experiments of EST,QHS and macrophage phagocytic function test shows that the immune function of Carrying-tumor Hamsters was similar to that of the normal Hamsters of same age,and no obvious differences were shown on statistics.
