Abstract
This paper studies estrogen(ER), progesterone (PR) and peanut aggutinin (PNA) of endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma in climacter with immunohistochemistry. The results revealthe endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma in climacter contain ER and PR, in which there isno significant difference in the expresave strength of receptor (P0. 05). It suggests that the endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma in climacter are present in the same circumstance of estrogen. But PNA expression be of difference in both (P0. 05). Hence, it has shown that PNAin the expressive features of adenocarcinorma and the glucoprotein change on behalf of the structure of cellular membrane has great value to the investigation at the endomerial hyperplasia andcarceration.
