The eveluatin of thymopeptides on chemotherapy of lung cancer

One hundred sixty eight patients suffered with late Lung Cancer were devided into two groups. In one group(control group), pationts trexted only with chemotherapy, and the another, thymopeptides were combined with chomothyerapy. The Subdivision groups of T Lymphocyted:CD₃、CD₁、CD₅ and T₁/T₈ rates, within the peripher-al blood and immunity glubulins of IgG、IgA、IgM were detected before and after therapy, Living qualities(KPS) and changes of cancer Lesion by chest finlms of patients were alao evaluated, as well. The Canclusion derived from these invastigations have shown, theymopeptides will promote sig-nificantly the immunity capacities of the patients, but seems not affectires on inproremont for Lung cancer Lesion.
