The number of digital reotal exam was 1783 persons, the examination rate was 75. 30%' According to this result, the suggestin number of coloncore was 636 persons. The real number of coloncory was 534 persons, detail examination rate was 83. 96 %. Among the positive population, benign colon-rectal disease was 155 cases, precancerous disease was 47 cases, colon-reotal cancer was 3 cases, the detection rate of colon-rectal cancer was 21. 67/100, 000.
